If you have received secret information from Nemo that will help defeat the Invaders, the communications officer of the Nautilus asks you to contact him directly. If you are unable to reach the Communications Officer on the Nautilus, attempt to quickly contact two of his agents: Buster Bear and Billy Mink, who are presently on missions for the Council.
