Buster moves from the ‘class’ systems in ant colonies to class systems in human colonies. The massive Craigdarroch Castle – the Capitol C of the clue! – was built by Robert Dunsmuir, an iron/coal/rail magnate who died in 1889 before its completion. Buster meets Dunsmuir’s grand-daughter Elizabeth Georgina Harvey, who moved in as an orphan, and entered into Victoria’s elite.
