Sometimes you feel like not showing your feelings: this is normal for girls.
But if you feel you need someone to talk to – or if you need help or advice – it's okay to ask for help.

The main message in this video is that even though it might be scary at first, asking for help will make you feel a lot better.

We want to give a HUGE shout out to Emily and Kalinda for sharing how happy connecting with others can make you.
We are so proud and happy to have such awesome youth mental health advocates.
