Chasing Bobby Raccoon through time, Billy learns how Citadel Hill was built during Father Le Loutre’s War - another clue from Nemo’s sonnet! It’s 1871, and the 78th Highlanders are about leave Halifax after a 3-year stay at the Citadel. Billy and Bobby are blown away by a 21-gun salute, and a ball thrown in honour of the Regiment.
